How fast will I get my vignette? ＋
Most vignettes are issued automatically within minutes of payment. If a national system is temporarily down, our team completes the order manually — typically within 1–3 hours during the day — and you receive an email the moment it is issued. Your order page shows the live status at any time.
Is this an official vignette? Are you the government? ＋
The vignette itself is 100% official: we purchase it in the official national toll system and it is registered to your licence plate exactly as if you bought it there directly. EVIG (BILPP OÜ) is an independent reseller, not a government site, and we charge a service fee that is included in the displayed price.
Why is your price higher than the official price? ＋
Our price = official national price + a service fee. In return you get one multilingual checkout for many countries, instant email delivery, human support and — for some countries — no waiting period that applies when buying directly. The exact split is shown before you pay.
I typed the wrong licence plate. What now? ＋
Contact us immediately. Before the vignette is issued we can correct or refund the order. After issuance the vignette is bound to the plate by the national system and cannot be changed — this is a rule of the toll operators, not ours. Double-check your plate before paying.
Can I get a refund? ＋
Yes, for any item that has not been issued yet. Once a vignette is issued and registered to your plate, the right of withdrawal is waived (you consent to this at checkout, as the service is executed immediately) and it cannot be refunded. See our Refund Policy for details.
Do motorcycles and trailers need their own vignette? ＋
It depends on the country. Motorcycles usually have their own (cheaper) category — select it in step 1. In Switzerland and Hungary, trailers need a separate vignette in addition to the towing vehicle; in Slovakia this can apply to heavier combinations. The vehicle categories offered per country reflect these rules.
When does my vignette start? Can I buy in advance? ＋
You choose the start date at checkout (from today onwards). Buying a few days ahead is recommended for peace of mind. Calendar-year vignettes (e.g. Switzerland) have a fixed validity window regardless of purchase date.
Do I need to print anything or stick something on the windscreen? ＋
No. E-vignettes are fully digital and enforcement is done by camera on your licence plate. We still email you a confirmation PDF, and every vignette has a printable summary page if you want a copy in the glovebox.
Do I need an account? ＋
No account, no password. After payment you get a private order link by email — that link is your access to status, documents and support for this order.
Which payment methods do you accept? ＋
Cards (Visa, Mastercard and more), Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link — processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. All payments are in EUR.
