1. Who we are — reseller and agent

EVIG is an independent reseller/agent of digital road vignettes (e-vignettes). We are not a government body and are not affiliated with any national toll operator. When you order, we procure the e-vignette on your behalf in the official national toll system (directly, via authorised aggregation partners, or manually by our team), where it is registered to your licence plate exactly as with a direct purchase.

2. Prices and service fee

The price you pay consists of the official national vignette price plus our service fee. Where available, the official price and the service fee are displayed separately before payment. All prices are shown in EUR and include VAT where applicable. The displayed total is final — there are no hidden charges.

3. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter, in particular the licence plate, country of registration, vehicle category and start date. E-vignettes are registered to the plate as entered and cannot be transferred or modified after issuance. Please verify all details before paying.

4. Immediate performance and withdrawal waiver

E-vignette issuance is a digital service executed immediately after payment. During checkout you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that, in accordance with EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16), your right of withdrawal is lost once the vignette has been issued and registered to your plate.

5. Delivery and delays

Most vignettes are issued within minutes. If an official system is unavailable, we complete the order manually; the expected timeframe is shown on the order page and you are informed by email. If we cannot issue a vignette at all, you receive a full refund of that item.

6. Liability

We are liable for the correct transmission of your order data to the official systems. We are not liable for enforcement decisions of national authorities, for errors resulting from incorrect data you provided, or for the availability of the national toll systems. Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.
